An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for your suggestion. Today you can sort reviews by word count within the reviews dashboard. Could you please elaborate what the use case would be to have this within the reports section? Thank you

An error occurred while saving the comment It should not count against me if there is a survey response I cannot respond to. Currently, if a survey is taken from a phone number with no email provided I cannot respond to it and it still counts as unresponded. I propose we do not use these in the responded/unresponded percentage since they technically cannot be responded to.

Thanks for your submission. Have you tried using two different browser or an additional window in incognito mode that would allow you to have both open at the same time?
