Reputation Product Ideas

We love hearing from our customers about how we can improve our product's functionality and better serve their needs. For that purpose, we have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to provide a Product Idea Portal for Reputation ("Company"). Although we cannot respond to every idea, our Product team regularly reviews all submissions and will reach out to you for further clarification if necessary. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

How the Idea Portal works:
  • Search to see if your idea has already been expressed by someone else.
  • Vote on suggestions that you think will solve a problem for you.
  • Share ideas that are not already listed yet.
  • Try to include only one suggestion per post and focus on a particular problem.
In order to submit an idea or to vote, you will need to be logged in. Consider using the same email address that you are accessing the Reputation.com platform with. The more engagement an idea receives from Idea Portal participants, the more impact that idea has on Reputation’s product development.

  3. Allow Surveys 3.0 With Sub-ratings widget to display a count for the total number of surveys factoring into the ratings that display.

    Something similar to "show summary" like the review widget has.

  5. We'd like to see it enabled that profiles are also sorted by +middle name+ after first/last name are sorted
    and will need applied to suffix.

  6. We'd like to see a dynamic report to be available in reports module / surveys 3.0 - to trend any question result over time.

    1.Trend chart by question - user selects company hierarchy level
    2. Trend chart by location / group/ area - user selects question to show location period report.xlsx

  7. We are looking for the possibility to see who is in charge of a forwarded review to trace the progress. Therefor it would be nice to see it in status "forwarded" + the Email address of the case owner.

  9. As a user of the surveys module, I would like to be able to use a computed star rating question for Search Accelerator. I would like to have an NPS question that is computed to a star rating that then fills in the star rating on the Search Accelerator pop-up. This would enable user who don't want to leave a comment or rate to still use Search Accelerator with the default value.

  11. I would like to be able to filter my own ads out of my Facebook Live Stream view so that the view is not dominated with similar ads across different locations. When our organizations runs ads across multiple locations. It makes live streams almost unusable, as the whole feed gets flooded out with the same posts over and over again. In this case, there are ~39 ads to scroll passed before other content shows.

  13. I want to be able to send review requests in a different way: showing one site at a time. We would like to use this flow for review requests: The initial message asked for 30 seconds of your time to leave us a review, it then asks to either leave a google review and if you click no, it then prompts you for a Facebook review.

  15. It would be nice if we could display/ trigger an audit for special/holiday hours. This would be in order to see what locations may not have pushed special hours to sources, especially for having thousands of listings that have special hours throughout the year.

  16. As a user of the Reputation.com Platform, I would like my Directory > Profiles data to be pushed to Bing every month regardless of whether not any updates were made. According to Bing Support, the confidence level of a listing degrades over time unless updates are made/ current information is confirmed. If all of the data in Directory pushed to Bing ever month or two, this would likely prevent the confidence level on a listing from degrading from High confidence to low confidence to very low confidence.

  17. As a customer, we'd like a weighted average for Reputation Score for District/Zone/Region. The Rep score does not take into account Districts or zone that have both smaller volume/sales compared to larger dealerships that not only produce more car volume but by sheer physical proximity to more urbanized areas produce a larger and more significantly impacting review volume for example. The smaller stores should not be weighted the same as the larger stores.

  18. We would like to see a note mentioning that Rep Score is a 30 day moving average, somewhere, anywhere on the RepScore tab to provide more context on the score itself without looking this up in the Help Center.
