Reputation Product Ideas

We love hearing from our customers about how we can improve our product's functionality and better serve their needs. For that purpose, we have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to provide a Product Idea Portal for Reputation ("Company"). Although we cannot respond to every idea, our Product team regularly reviews all submissions and will reach out to you for further clarification if necessary. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

How the Idea Portal works:
  • Search to see if your idea has already been expressed by someone else.
  • Vote on suggestions that you think will solve a problem for you.
  • Share ideas that are not already listed yet.
  • Try to include only one suggestion per post and focus on a particular problem.
In order to submit an idea or to vote, you will need to be logged in. Consider using the same email address that you are accessing the Reputation.com platform with. The more engagement an idea receives from Idea Portal participants, the more impact that idea has on Reputation’s product development.

  1. I would like to see year-over-year reporting for reviews. I know we can currently see review traffic three years back, but it's not easy to digest the information visually at a glance. Momentarily we use BrightEdge for our SEO and they have a great year-over-year visual for organic web traffic. Each year is color-coded and stacked on top of each other. This allows you to easily see your web traffic each month of any given year. The data is represented in a line graph. This makes the data easy to digest.

  2. When using the report builder and selecting the Sentiment By Location widget, you should be able to select if you want to show or hide the impact.

  3. Google My Business. I'd like to be able to batch upload the services we offer at each location. Instead of having to go through the native platform to do it.

  4. The ability to configure multiple decimal places when viewing reports and/or dashboards. The use case in automotive is to help drive differentiation and competition in regards to surveys, star ratings, etc. and to allow for a more granular look into the results.

  6. Some companies want to focus only on certain sources and deliberately not request reviews on others, even it that impact their score. e.g., they see they don't get many leads from some long tail sites and want to focus on Google and Facebook. In that case they want their location users to focused on the sources they care about and not see recommendations to get reviews on other sources.

  7. I would like to have the ability to filter on the Reviews tab by "Reviews Pending Approval" and also see this within the reports. We do respond on a corporate level to all negative reviews but it is up to the individual property managers to approve those responses.

  8. We have concerns how the Industry Average and Best in Class are calculated.
    From our perspective, as a Global business operating Reputation in 28 distinct countries, we need consistency in our reports across all markets.

    We would like to make a request that Reputation report a Global Industry Average for all users regardless of the user’s permissions or reporting level selected.

  10. As an agency admin user of the platform I want to be able to see or get notified when new locations are added or deleted. I want to be able to determine where I’m at with my license usage.

  11. As a customer, we would like to control which locations contribute to overall RepScore. This is in order to create RepScore for needed locations only e.g. we do have some locations set up that are only used to manage branded social pages and we would like to exclude these from counting towards RepScore.

  12. Either add metadata to the review/survey request history file that includes the survey metadata associated with the request OR improve response rate reporting to show the response rate by certain meta data fields, such as the associate who the customer interacted with. We ask our team members to encourage their customers to fill out their survey, but have no way to measure who is successful. We want to establish a minimum response rate, but cannot get to the metric other than at the location level.

  13. Role specific custom dashboards have been set up on the desktop version. These provide in snapshot view of the key metrics our managers are tracking to. With busy roles they utilise the mobile app and so it would be of huge benefit to have the customised dashboard presented on the mobile app when they log in.

  14. We would like to see the to-name in the user interface under request history. Currently it is on hover email/phone number, but it would be great to have it in its own column. We know we can export it, but it would be more convinient to have it in the UI.

  15. Where various API limitations exist (i.e we cannot update a location's Name via the Facebook API), I'd like to see two things in the platform:


    • Not to have this treated as a mismatch (it makes it look like your tool is failing to update). Grey might be more appropriate here. Or a new category/color for "API restriction".

    • Highlight this in the platform to users somehow, to clearly illustrate what data cannot be pushed to a source due to API restrictions.

  17. We are using Reputation.com for reputation management. Now that another brand that I'm working on uses it for their Dashboard, I have 2 different tenants that I have to toggle between to check things throughout the day, especially at the end of the month to continuously give accurate and sometimes real time updates to my team. It's time consuming to only be able to have one tenant or the other open since I could be in the middle of working on something on the one side and then have to stop and switch if someone needs an update on the…

  18. Add a new tab in platform admin for "Training Certifications." This tab displays the certification records for any user who has completed a certification course under that tenant. Administrators of the account can easily see who has completed training courses and export their results into Excel.

  19. Create the ability so that corporate users can set goals or targets for locations. Provide tracking which locations are and which are not on track to achieve their targets, as well as reporting at the end of the period for which the target was defined: did the company reach its target? which regions/locations reached their target and which did not?

  20. As a user of tasks I want to see the reason a response failed to post so that I can take corrective action. Momentarily it only reads out "Failed", but not why it failed.
