Desktop - Custom Dashboards to be available on Mobile app
Role specific custom dashboards have been set up on the desktop version. These provide in snapshot view of the key metrics our managers are tracking to. With busy roles they utilise the mobile app and so it would be of huge benefit to have the customised dashboard presented on the mobile app when they log in.

Restrict access to filters on mobile app
At the moment some users don't haves access to all the filters, however the mobile app displays all the filters which is causing some confusion in regards to access. Although the filters only show data related to the locations that the user has access, it is still confusing to see so many filters available. As a result, I would like to have the app only display filters that the user has access to.

Time range filter on home page
I would like to be able to change the date range for the home screen so that I can see more than just the default date ranges. This would allow end users to get more information without needing to go to the web app.

Add a more customized template to the SMS Quick Request templates
The Reputation Live Default Template in the SMS Quick Requests is functional, but it is not very personalized. Would love it if there was a more personalized version where the associate sending the request could have their name appear as the signature, and maybe even some more customized verbiage than what is in there now.

Record videos for social posting in-app
I would like to be able to launch my phone's camera from within the app and record a video, then post that video to social media sites. Currently we only have this capability for photos, so if a user wants to upload a video, they need to open their camera app, record the video, save it, then upload.

Can we add engagement and reach metrics for social posts to the mobile app? This would help to stay within the mobile app to also analyse the impact of posts on the same platform the posts are made.

Mobile App: Push notification for app inactivity
As an admin user of the Reputation.com platform, I would like to be able to configure a push notification to send to Reputation Manager users for two scenarios:
1.The user has not opened the app in x (configurable) number of days
2.The user has not sent a review request in x (configurable) number of daysThe purpose of this is to give admin users more tools to ensure that their end users are regularly engaging with the app.

Mobile App: Attach Picture to Review Request
As a location user I want to be able to attach a picture to a review request. Use case a dealership takes a picture of the customer with their new car, and they would like to attach this picture to the review request. This would be a unique picture per review request.

Location filters for content/asset library in mobile
I would like the ability to take a photo and/or video on my mobile device and upload it to my location's asset tab within the Content Library so that a social post can be made from it. This post can be used as an isolated post across any support platform or included as a post within a campaign. We want our social content to be local, custom, unique to our locations.

Mobile App For Surveys
We text/email our customers to ask for reviews from the platform (logging into rep.com from a computer) and we also have multiple surveys for following our customer's journey (also logging into rep.com from a computer to send).
Would be awesome to be able to send all the surveys we create along with the reputation live default message to ask for reviews all from 1 app that our location users could utilize when they are not in front of their computer.

Allow for Source Selection
When sending out a review request, I would like to be able to select the sources that should be sent from within the app, at the time the request is sent. For example, if the included sources are Google, Facebook, AptRatings, and AptGuide, when I send out a request, I would like to get the option to check boxes for which of these four sources I can send the request for.
