Allow users to see names of Requesters who have access to other locations
As a user, I would like to see the names of Requesters who have access to locations that I don't in the Request Leaderboard report.
Currently, when I go into the Request Leaderboard report I can only see the names of requesters who have access to the same locations as myself. Requesters that have access to other locations show up as "unknown".
