Search function on comments in reviews and surveys

It would be helpful to not only have the ability to search for words in review and survey comments but to also be able to run reports on specific words mentioned in those comments.
For example, one of my client's is frequently asked by their COO to provide an export of all review and survey comments where "melted custard" is mentioned.

This would be helpful. As a car dealership we are wanting to encourage our employees to ask for reviews from their customers. We can do this by having contests for the employee who gets the most reviews. Having a way to search for their name would make it possible to keep a tally of who is being mentioned most within reviews. It can also help us between different departments.

When looking at the survey or reviews, we would like the ability to search by keyword (not using the word cloud) so that we can filter down to the results that matter the most.
